Thank you for supporting our small business by purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic piece. Ceramics are made from organic materials, therefore subtle variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen and from piece to piece.

Unless otherwise specified, all NUNU ceramics are food-safe and can go in the dishwasher and microwave. I do recommend hand-washing whenever possible, as it is gentler. Ceramics will age and patina with time, but if your piece becomes worn or dirty use a soft brush with a bit of baking soda to help bring back its original shine.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs. I can not issue a refund until an item is physically back in the studio and I have inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. NUNU is not responsible for lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers.

Any discounted piece (due to sale or "seconds") are final sale.

All ready-to-ship orders are mailed within 5 business days via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Some items are listed as "made to order" and will ship within 3 weeks, or the time noted in the description. NUNU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your piece arrives damaged, please email me a photo within 48 hours and I will gladly arrange a replacement piece. Do not throw away the item or packaging.

Currently shipping is only available within the US. International shipping is not available at this time.

Local pick-up is available within the Richmond, Virginia area. Please note that due to limited space, we am only able to hold pieces for two weeks maximum. The studio is located in the Church Hill neighborhood.

If you select local pick-up upon check out, you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a pick-up time.

If an order is not picked up within a two week period you will automatically be issued a refund for your piece and it will be re-stocked.
